Please read the instructions below carefully. By placing a bid on an item, you agree to be responsible for paying for any item you win.

To bid, you will need to signup for an account. You can do this by clicking the “Signup” link in the navigation bar above. Once you’ve created an account, you will be able to login any time and bid on any package.

To view the packages, click the “Catalog” link above. Clicking on any package will display more information about the package and the items it contains and provide instructions for placing a bid.

You will be notified by email if you have been outbid on a package. However, it’s best to check the package directly, especially toward closing, and not risk losing by depending on your e-mail to tell you that you have been outbid.

NOTE: The auction bidding ends Thursday November 21^st 2024 at 11:45 pm MST. All auction items to be collected Saturday November 23^rd from 11am to 1pm at TRAPPED Escape Room located at 1139 Kensington Rd NW, Calgary, T2N 3P4, contact is Virginia Xavier (403) 818-7241. All Bank Drafts to be made out to the HART CORP (NOT the Owen Hart Foundation - as auction winners are receiving items in return for funds and therefore are not eligible for a tax receipts). We will also accept exact cash and e-transfer.

When the item closes for bidding, the winner will receive an email with the happy news and information to provide payment information, complete the transaction and pickup the prize. 

Please note: Dates for prize tickets CANNOT be changed. No exchanges, refunds or cash value for any auction items. Values of prizes are accurate approximations.
